“Gräv där du står” (“Dig where you stand”)
If you want change – if you want to dig in – you need a big enough tool… “Dig where you stand” is also the idea of utilising what you have, in the place where you are, and making the most of it.
I’m a sculptor. Mostly I work with iron – welding. Other materials I like working with are concrete, bronze, wood, ice, fire and snow. My design language is often architecturally strict, but sometimes it is organic. Sometimes it’s fun to mix with proportions and make a tiny thing big.
